Hi Andrea!I just wanted to thank you for providing such an awesome evening for us last Saturday, August 13th. We scheduled Nick & Kristina’s rehearsal dinner at the party room at Splash and everything was wonderful. Max, Cory, and Amanda were great! (I think that was all the correct names). And then after our dinner we moved over to the Pub and over 100 people were there to celebrate with Nick & Kristina. Again, the food and service was awesome! We had a great time. I believe it was Brad and Felipe at the Pub and they were excellent. Thank you so much for accommodating our parties and your menu recommendations were perfect!

I just wanted to thank you for all you did to make our combination birthday/graduation family gathering a success last Saturday. Everything went off without a hitch and all the guests were happy and satisfied when they left. The seating arrangement was perfect, the food even better, and your staff was terrific. One of our guests from Manhattan said the ribs were the best he’s ever had anywhere and “We need Long Valley Pub in New York. Nowhere can you get ribs like this in New York.” I would say that’s a rave!

After all our emails back and forth the party finally arrived! Everything about the evening was perfect!! The food was delicious, the service was incredible. Everyone attended to our needs and those of our guests. We were always made to feel welcome and no request was a problem. We received many phone calls the following day with everyone raving about the food, service and the pub itself. I also want to mention that dessert is not my weakness and that I rarely eat cake. That night I made it a point to taste the cake and it was so delicious. It was what a cake should taste like.
I want to personally thank you for your patience with my questions and for helping me to make a memorable evening for my family. You may not realize this, but you have a very warm manner that makes people feel so comfortable. I thank you so much for your kindness.
